Coastal Joinery Notes publishes guides and takes no enquiries, which this page exists to say plainly.

Finding a Contractor

Readers looking for someone to carry out the work are best served by the ordinary channels. Put the same written specification to every firm, so the prices that come back are actually comparable.

This Site Does Not Do the Work

The guides explain cabinet maker work; they do not provide it. It does not perform that work, quote for it, or arrange it on a reader's behalf.

Keeping Guides Current

Content is revised when it goes out of date. Anything that turns out to be inaccurate is corrected in place rather than quietly left standing.
